Cannabaddies Review: Leaf Palms

When it comes to blunts, there is always a variety. Head to your local smoke shop and you’ll be met with a wall of options. It can get real hard to get out of the Swisher rut, trust me I know. Earlier this year, I headed to Champs Trade show to check out some of the newest Tobacco products to hit the market. During my visit, I met Leaf Palms. A new blunt company that specializes in a natural, environmentally friendly way to smoke.

With it’s emphasis on offering a high quality smoke, Leaf Palms are a similar blunt to the King Palms. They are tobacco free and come in a number of sizes. As a regular blunt smoker, I am always open to different options and alternatives.

Leaf Palms was nice enough to send the Cannabaddie team a box of their blunts to try out and review. On a beautiful sunny day, we got together and gave them a go.

These blunts are already hand rolled and ready to be packed. Carmen made note of how durable they were, even during the packing process. The blunts themselves are sturdy, yet still give way for handling. The smaller size Leaf Palms were the perfect sharing size, a quick smoke that we enjoyed from beginning to end.

Carmen said “They were easy to pack” and despite being carried in their case, they didn’t endure damage. When you squeeze an unpacked Leaf Palm, you can feel its flexibility, and how resistible it is to breaking.

When it came to the smoking, we all agreed that the flavors were fragrant, but not overpowering. When you smell them in the pack, they smell of the flavor they come in. We tried the Russian Cream and Strawberry flavors. And while they did smell , when it came to the actual smoke, we could definitely still fully taste the weed.

Alexis noted that although it smells amazing and strong, it was not more potent than the weed. She also noted that it was easy to open and easy to use. The packaging design is very bright and almost reminds me of the Ed Hardy design days. Although not everyone’s aesthetic, the product speaks for itself.

We also were all in agreement that the Leaf Palms were definitely slow burning. Carmen and I shared a mini Russian Cream leaf palm, and despite it’s size it provided a nice smoke. Another blunt of a similar size would have been gone very quickly, but Carmen and I were able to pass it back and forth quite a few times.

We all agreed that the quality of the product is exceptional. Easy to use, and weed friendly. We are all open to trying them again, and genuinely enjoyed the smoke it provided.

Keep an eye out for Leaf Palms at your favorite smoke shop! If you’ve tried them, let us know your thoughts in the comments!
