Can you smoke CBD?

CBD has many health benefits. People often recommend using it for pain, inflammation, and aches and pains. You can buy it in a variety of ways. From edibles, to topicals, using it will depend on your personal preference.

Where can I buy CBD?

CBD, because it contains less than 3% of THC, is not regulated as strictly as THC. This means that buying CBD is as easy as visiting your local head shop. I highly recommend you do your research, and recommend you buy from reputable sources like Ranchera Familia.

You will even find CBD and other hemp products sold at your local gas station. But I would dissuade you from buying those, and many of them tend to be counterfeit products. These products can even be found at head shops, which is why it is so important that you do your research.

What is the difference between CBD flower and CBD edibles?

In terms of effects, there is no real difference between ingesting CBD flower or CBD edibles. In fact, I would say the only slight difference is that you might feel effects sooner with smoking or vaping CBD flower.

CBD edibles are recommended for those who are looking to incorporate CBD in a non invasive way. CBD edibles come as a variety of candies, including gummies and lollipops, and even chocolates.

Is Smoking the Best Way to Ingest CBD?

There is no real best way to use CBD. Each use has its own benefits. The most important part of using CBD is to remember that there will be a lot of trial and error. Once you find what works for you, you will understand how effective it can be. Regardless of if you smoke it, eat it, or apply it.

Just as with any cannabis journey, we recommend starting slow, but consistently. Also remember that CBD counteracts the effects of THC, so it might be a good idea to keep some on hand if you’re a regular cannabis consumer.
