Is Yalitza Aparicio a Cannabaddie???

Recently I was scrolling on Tik Tok and came across one made by Yalitza Aparicio. If you’re not familiar with Yaritza, she’s an Acadamy Award nominee and Mexico’s golden girl. With her beautiful indigenous features and thick accent, she has represented those who are rarely represented.

So you can imagine my surprise when I watched her Tik Tok making a funny about cannabis consumption.

Using the classic “Faded” filter on Tik Tok, Yalitza appears saying “People who are drugged, don’t miss anyone.”

Of course this doesn’t mean that she’s consumes cannabis, or that she’s a Cannabaddie, and she’s never been open about it. But here’s to wishful thinking!
